Students studying Humanities at TNHA spent a day researching and experiencing the history of their home town. They visited the local museum looking at artefacts and clothing as well as touring Swaffham to discover historic buildings. Upon returning to school students created a project displaying their discoveries. One group of students found a particularly interesting way to present their findings by creating the ‘Swaffham rap’.
Building and racing a rocket powered car was the task set a group of gifted and talented Science students from TNHA on a recent visit to RAF Marham. Students took part in the Marham Centenary Challenge held in conjunction with Rolls-Royce narrowly missing first place by 0.2 secs. Many events aimed at teambuilding were also completed and the young scientists won this section of the event.
