TNHA celebrated European Languages Day designed to encourage study of languages and to celebrate the range and diversity of those spoken in Europe.
A range of tasty treats from various countries was available for students to sample and a hungry & enquiring throng arrived keen to take part.
To prepare our students for life in modern Britain, we have been looking at actively promoting and understanding British Values of democracy:- the rule of law, individual liberty, mutual respect and tolerance of those with different faiths and beliefs.
These core values will be explored further in both assemblies and tutor time, considering topics such as Brexit, how parliament works, respect, extremism and identity.
Conquering a fear of heights, TNHA Teacher, Sarah Cooper, took on the challenge to Skydive out of a plane raising funds for Cancer Research.
On a glorious sunny day, along with a friend, she took the plunge and after a few heart pounding moments was able to enjoy the glorious Fenland from above.
Well done ‘Miss’, the staff and students are proud of you and your commitment to such a worthy cause!
Ready for the 'off'!
